How to Play Doubtful Pairs

Pair cards with equal rank and by alternating color.

Game Objective

In Doubtful Pairs the goal is to discard cards by pairing cards together. You win when there are no more cards remaining to pair.

Tableau Rules

  • There are thirteen tableaus.
  • Initially containing four cards face up in each tableau.
  • Pair cards with equal rank and by alternating color.
  • For example the A♥ may move onto the A♣ and the A♦ may move onto the A♠.
  • The top card is movable.
  • Once empty the tableaus remain empty.
